Joseph is the Managing Partner of Joseph and Joseph Law Offices. He has a vast experience of 17 years in the legal field. He obtained his degree in law from Bangalore University. He thereafter pursued his masters in Intellectual Property from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Joseph had thereafter worked with one of the leading law firm in India for five years, in the capacity of a Senior Associate. During the said period he was responsible for all litigation matters in the High Court, MRTP, DRT and Consumer forums. He thereafter had set up the Intellectual Property practice of the firm in 2003, with a team of lawyers, before leaving the organization in the year, 2005.

In 2005 he founded Joseph and Joseph Law offices, which is as on date a full service law firm advising clients on Corporate, M&A, Private Equity & investment, Intellectual property, Litigation, Foreign Direct Investment and Dispute Resolution matters.

Joseph has also been appointed as Counsel to represent the Central Government of India in matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi,.

He is also actively involved in giving back to society by his participation and support to an organization by the name of APOLK which concentrates of legal literacy and legal aid. He has been extremely active in the Legal Golfing circles and has been involved in the organization of an annual golf event which is played for the Justice (Retd.) B.N.Kirpal Trophy. He is an avid golfer and has won several accolades for his golfing performance. He also represents the Delhi lawyers team in the Juris Cup and the Supreme Court team in the CAG Tournament.

His strong client commitment and consistent delivery of high quality services have been recognized by his clients and they have continued to work with him for the past 17 years.
