Sid Sharma brings 20 years of global leadership experience with specialized capabilities including Business Advisory, M&A, Consulting, Sales, commercialization of complex new technologies, Business Strategy, Venture Capital Investing and deal structuring.

Sid has extensive hands on advisory and consulting experience across sectors including IT, e-Commerce, Agriculture, Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship. He has held various senior strategic positions in multi-billion dollar organizations i.e. Microsoft, HP, CA Technologies and CGI.

Sid has a joint MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA and Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada (2009). He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from MIT India (1995). Sid is also alum of Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, USA and HKUST, Hong Kong, China.

His global experience, exposure and world class education has enabled him to emerge as an effective strategic advisor. Currently Sid is the Head of M&A Practice with Joseph and Joseph Law Firm.
